PRCA MENA Celebrates Outstanding Public Relations Campaigns Across the Region at Its Sixth Awards Ceremony


Dubai, United Arab Emirates:– In recognition of the most outstanding public relations campaigns and the contribution of talent to the industry, the sixth edition of the coveted PRCA MENA Awards celebrated the best teams, campaigns and individuals with 28 awards yesterday evening. The ceremony took place at Rixos Premium Dubai JBR and was sponsored by 3Gem.

Being the leading industry benchmarking event showcasing the influence of public relations, the evening saw leading practitioners and activists from the Middle East and North Africa region representing innovation and quality work. The awards were a huge success with over 100 entries than last year.

The judging panel was judged by an esteemed panel of 38 industry leaders from around the world and members of the Public Relations and Communications Association (PRCA), the world’s largest professional public relations body.

In addition to the 28 winner’s awards, the judges recognized a total of 32 highly recommended entries for excellence in work across different categories.

The big winners of the evening were Weber Shandwick MENAT who won the Grand Council of the Year award and the Public Relations Leader of the Year award went to Natasha Hatherall-Shawe, TishTash Marketing and Public Relations while Ziad Ashkar of Gambit Communicationnew talents inducted into the industry were encouraged as the rising star of the year.
